Observation

Based on the information gathered during staff interviews, an interview with the subject, a review of the LD/CPS investigative assessment and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that the staff person did use inappropriate discipline with the child by grabbing his arm and dragging him to the carpet. It is unclear whether the child hit their head during the interaction or after.
